This website is operated by Dr. Vikrant Bhujbalrao and YourSarthi ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, city and messages when you fill a form, register for an event, place an order, donate or subscribe.
- Order and donation details — shipping address, and PAN and address if you request an 80G receipt.
- Payment information is processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Usage data — only if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, device and approximate location, via Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and deliver programs, books and event access.
- To issue receipts, invoices and 80G certificates.
- To send updates you subscribed to — you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, payment gateway, courier, email), and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 3 years; financial and donation records for the period required by Indian tax law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to us. We respond within 30 days.
