Refund & cancellation policy

Books
Damaged or wrong copies are replaced free — send a photo within 7 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.
Paid events and workshops
- Cancel 7 or more days before the event: full refund.
- Cancel 2–6 days before: 50% refund, or move free to the next edition.
- Less than 48 hours: no refund, but you can transfer your seat to someone else.
- If we cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund or a free seat at the new date.
Programs and mentoring
Refund terms are stated in the program agreement shared before payment. Monthly mentoring can be stopped at any time before the next month begins.
Donations
Donations are generally non-refundable. If you donated by mistake or the wrong amount, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
